Sharon is a writer, teacher and small business owner who writes from a practical perspective focusing on fiction and poetry inspired by family, social, cultural and sometimes political issues. She has a natural flair for humor and several of her pieces have an educational emphasis and an ethical theme. Sharon has been writing since she was young, but it wasn't until 2011 that she published her first poetry book, Two Truths Wise.

Sharon M. Williams is a resident of the greater Los Angeles area and when she's not working or writing, she enjoys museums, art festivals, reading, staying healthy and spending time with family and friends. Sharon's first love is reading followed by writing, art and good food.
