2025 Training in Review
Tortoise Track Club Franklin Park 8k: Had a blast racing on my old college course With my birthday last Wednesday, and my traditional run out of the way (it was 28 miles this year), my 2025 for racing has pretty much all wrapped up. This year was pretty disappointing in terms of results: I’m still 10 minutes off my marathon PR, and none of my other races distances were particularly successful
