Inspiration to write is not something that you program to make it happen. When I write, there are days where I simply cannot get the words to come out, and others that I cannot stop. If I continue to be blocked, what I do to change my mind state is to ride my bike and also simply walk, hike or jog, especially and if possible, close to nature (parks, mountains, beach), and let your mind just wander.
