Magan makes Alberta, Canada her home. she and her husband Jon enjoy many outdoor active pursuits together along with their two children. Being physically active is a way of life for her family. Although Magan loves working 1:1 with clients, she soon realized that in order to achieve her vision of shaking up the status quo of sedentary living she needed to reach a broader audience. She soon realized she needed to write a book that would be easily accessible to more people to make a bigger impact.
Sit Happens is Magan's first book. She writes conversation style - like friends chatting over coffee. She uses personal stories about failure, determination, and success to walk the reader through an easy-to-follow process in order to build active living into their busy lives.
