Gallagher Green was born and raised in rural Kansas, USA. with the freedom to learn and build whatever was interesting to them at that moment. They were encouraged to learn the skills needed to build or repair, to learn the knowledge to answer their questions, and to ask more.

After years of asking themself hypothetical questions that seemly had no answer, they started answering the questions in the only way that made sense... by writing the answers in the form of stories.

With this, they started their career as an author. A career they had never intended on. But now hope their stories will help answer the questions their readers have in their lives, in the same way other authors have helped them answer their questions.

"Loved this book! Unique premise, interesting world building, great character POVs. The book has beautiful sprayed edges and art within so it’s a fun display book. (Btw I’m team Harissa). "

“...watching someone else's children, someone else's life, someone else's dreams...knowing that ours are all a pipe dream.”
Gallagher Green, Love, Sorrow, and the In-Between: A Novel for the Rest of Us

“She is like the cherry blossoms of spring, not only beautiful and welcoming, but delicate with a life that is too short. And like the cherry blossoms, she will soon be but a distant memory for the people that have experienced her time here.”
Gallagher Green, Love, Sorrow, and the In-Between: A Novel for the Rest of Us

“なるかみの, すこしとよみて,
さしくもり,
あめもふらぬか,
きみをとどめむ

[A faint clap of thunder,
Clouded skies,
Perhaps rain will come.
If so, will you stay here with me?]

なるかみの,すこしとよみて,
ふらずとも,
わはとどまらむ,
いもしとどめば

[A faint clap of thunder,
Even if rain comes or not,
I will stay here,
Together with you.]
