Ryan Fehr is a Michael G. Foster Endowed Professor of Management at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. A psychologist by training, Ryan’s research focuses on understanding what makes relationships energizing and what makes them exhausting. His award-winning work has been published in leading academic journals and covered in outlets such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. He lives with his family in Seattle, Washington. When he needs quiet time to recharge, his favorite solo activity is an afternoon trip to the movies.
