Beginning with making photographs at home and posting them regularly on DeviantArt in 2007, photography has become a language she chooses to express her love for the world with. Having been exposed to extensive travels to over 50 countries since a tender age, she has developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives, and created a record of the way she experiences the world as she undergoes a continuous process of evolution, both as an artist and a human being.

“Despite their illusive nature, twilight never fails to provide a magical quality to the day—a transitional space between day and night, light and dark, head and heart...”
Felisa Tan, In Search for Meaning

“Sometimes we reach a dead end.
In that case, start again.”
Felisa Tan

“Sunshine and rain make a rainbow. The coming together of pleasure and pain is what gives life its colour, texture, and flavour.

Each experience accumulates to compose a grand work of art, of which we ourselves are the artists.”
Felisa Tan, In Search for Meaning

“I may die young, but at least I'll die smart.”
John Green, Looking for Alaska

“Francois Rabelais. He was a poet. And his last words were "I go to seek a Great Perhaps." That's why I'm going. So I don't have to wait until I die to start seeking a Great Perhaps.”
John Green, Looking for Alaska

“I wanted so badly to lie down next to her on the couch, to wrap my arms around her and sleep. Not fuck, like in those movies. Not even have sex. Just sleep together in the most innocent sense of the phrase. But I lacked the courage and she had a boyfriend and I was gawky and she was gorgeous and I was hopelessly boring and she was endlessly fascinating. So I walked back to my room and collapsed on the bottom bunk, thinking that if people were rain, I was drizzle and she was hurricane.”
John Green, Looking for Alaska

“It's not because I want to make out with her."
Hold on." He grabbed a pencil and scrawled excitedly at the paper as if he'd just made a mathematical breakthrough and then looked back up at me. "I just did some calculations, and I've been able to determine that you're full of shit”
John Green, Looking for Alaska

“They love their hair because they're not smart enough to love something more interesting.”
John Green, Looking for Alaska
