I’m Stuart Kenny, a dark fantasy author from Shropshire, UK, and proof that sometimes the best stories begin as a game.

For years, I tried to write novels that never quite made it to the finish line. I’d start strong, lose momentum, and quietly move on to the next idea. That changed when my wife and I created a Dungeons & Dragons character for a workplace campaign. What began as a simple backstory refused to stay small. The more I wrote, the more the world expanded — and what was meant to be one book became a planned four-book saga.

Two books are now complete, with the third taking shape. My stories explore fractured faith, reluctant heroes, the weight of choice, and what rises when belief fails.
