While this was a reread, I realized that I've never reviewed it. This unique book is a bit hard to categorize. It might not be intended to be Christian fiction, but it is unapologetically so. It isn't written for children (I don't think), and yet I wo ...more |

| Things are getting complicated in this series, and in all the best ways. Loved Ellie's assignment and a few things that totally threw me. Ellie seemed even more headstrong this time, but I think it was because of a few things--cousin missing, being a ...more | |

Right off the bat… or rather, the balustrade, I give this book five… ten… twenty stars? Can I do that? I’m calling it 35 stars. Why? Because I’m giving these stars “dog years.” Seven times five… Okay, so why am I piling on the praise for 12 Days at B ...more |

Technically 4.5 stars. This one I really can't say much about except to say that I think it's probably the easiest mystery that Brown ever wrote. Even still, I LOVED seeing Christopher growing more and more and yet still being his delightful self. Bro ...more |

This one is my favorite of the series so far. I like that Arthur and Jane are more comfortable with each other but still at odds sometimes. That creates a good dynamic that isn't just adversarial to BE adversarial. The mystery was good. I loved it. I ...more |

Chautona, I couldn't find the question section, so I'll ask it here. I absolutely loved, loved, loved Prairie. Highland wasn't as good, but I still really liked it and I am so longing for the next book to come out. Any inkling as to when that will be??? Love your books, Kim Gregory. I actually discovered you and told my Bookworms on Spark People about you. I started reading Past Forward and had to tell my friends about it. We all got hooked on that series!
