M. R. McRae grew up in the Great Lakes Region of the United States and lives on the East Coast with her husband, daughter, and five cats. M. R. began writing short stories as a child and studied English composition throughout college. She inherited a love for steamy romance novels from her mother, L. D. McRae, which ultimately bloomed the inspiration for M. R. to write and publish one of her very own. When not consumed by her works-in-progress, she spends her time reading, gaming, watching anime, or with her family.
