L.M. Reed is a professional YA book pusher (AKA School Librarian) who lives in Rochester, NY with her current life partner, Nina, therapy dog extraordinaire.

She's been creating stories since she was old enough to remember, frequently recruiting her friends to help act them out with the help of a fully stocked dress-up bin and "prop closet."

Writing the stories down didn't come until the end of high school when she got her first laptop. It didn't come equipped to connect to the internet (no wonder it was so affordable), so writing was about the only thing it was good for. Maybe that was for the best, as she'd likely have been far too distracted reading fanfics to get much writing done herself.
