Non-Violence or Ahimsa with MC Yogi
In the first episode of the Living It podcast we talked to Spiritual Graffiti: Finding My True Path author and hip-hop artist MC Yogi about his story from living in a group home for at-risk youth to becoming a renowned yoga teacher and musical innovator.
We talked about his turbulent childhood and how he changed his own self-destructive behavior, the role grace played, using discipline, discernment and devotion as guides and preconceived ideas of what hip hop is and how MC Yogi is using it for inspiration. Tune in! You can find the episode on iTunes, Google Play, SoundCloud. For links or more info visit livingitpodcast.com.
