Dr. Rich Meyrick earned an award-winning PhD in Environmental Change from the University of Cambridge (UK), after which he spent four years as an Environmental Scientist at the prestigious Senckenberg Institute in Weimar (Germany). So naturally, when he married Sue and moved to Canada in 2004, he began writing fiction for middle graders.

Like most cities in the world, Venice in Italy has a public transport system. An irreverent collection of ‘motivational’ mantras. Don’t try these at home! As an author, I think my favourite is: “I am the author of my own story. It’s just poorly edited.”
