I was born and raised in Kenya – and came to the UK at the age of 13 with all of my family. Since then I have lived in London for most of my adult life except for long visits to India and the USA.

I studied computer engineering at university, and since then have had varied but interesting, life moulding careers in IT, Banking, Food Marketing and Dot Com start-ups. Not quite the usual route taken by authors, but it was the perfect grounding for a future in inspirational and motivational writing!

I began my true life journey after a life-changing experience in India in April 2000 and that experience ultimately led me to a new career in coaching, writing and speaking.

My belief is that we are all meant to lead a healthy and happy life and we are also meant to leave the world a better place. Life is about creating a lasting legacy, no matter how big or small – and yet we can only do this once we have taken care of our own needs and desires first.

As someone passionate about leading the best life possible and making a difference to others at the same time, I bring all of my talents and interests to the table in an intoxicating cocktail which combine my love of healthy eating, inspirational writing, spiritual practices, yoga and creating fun events.

I share with you how it is possible to follow your dreams and create a great life for yourself, no matter what, and then I give you the resources and the tools you need to work towards those dreams.

I have been gifted with a talent for bringing people together and creating communities and this is my true passion – how to bring more people together with a common cause.
