This one has taken me some time to figure out, but only recently did I find this trick. It's helped a lot.
Whenever I sit in front of the computer, for any reason, I have to write 100 words of fiction. This includes any time I come back from leaving the room. It is tough, and sometime what I write is terrible, but it has helped a great deal.(less)
