I hate to be a cliché, but yes... I started writing after I got divorced, along with a few other life-changing moments that just left me reeling.

My life had been turned upside down, and somewhere in the middle of trying to put it back together, I became fascinated by a bigger question: How did I lose myself along the way, and how the hell do I find my way back?

Eventually, I started turning what I was learning (from professional therapy and various evidence-based modalities) into books and guided journals of my own.

One thing you should know about me: I hate technical jargon. If I need to read a paragraph four times to understand what it's trying to tell me, I'm already annoyed. 😂
