Since late last year, I've been trying to read 10% of a book a day since just saying "I need to read more" never seemed to accomplish anything. I know 3 books a month isn't much for some people, but it's pretty good for me. I've kept it up for a few months now (usually alternating fiction and non-fiction) and I've found if it's a really long book, I better make sure it's pretty interesting.
