Writer's block can be like any other …moreThere are a couple ways I deal with writer's block. One way is to just keep writing, even if the words are crap. Writer's block can be like any other clog. If you just keep pushing, it eventually will dislodge and go away.

When that doesn't work, I change to a different story. I usually have multiple stories developing at the same time, and switching between them can keep my imagination fresh.

Other times, I just can't write. So, I read. I read the type of books or stories I'm writing. I even read the stuff I've already written. Doesn't seem to matter what I read, but eventually the block will go away and I can resume building my story.(less)
