Frankenstein by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley
"I've read Frankenstein a few times over the years, but was compelled to read it again as a palate cleanser after watching del Toro's overwrought CGI-fest. (So, it turns out the Creature is a sexy runway-model emo-goth with Wolverine powers. Who knew?" Read more of this review »

Gary added a status update: A Touch of Treason will be released on December 24th. Nick Bracco is forced to travel to Sicily to extract an FBI agent in trouble with the wrong people, However, the Sicilian Mafia is waiting for him. All the characters are there with him; Matt, Stevie and of course Tommy is there to mediate between the FBI and the real Mafia. It's one of the favorite stories and I'm excited to release this to my readers.

“Thomas,” the boss said. “How’s your father doing?” “He’s good, Sal.” Always the family questions first. That was Sal Demenci’s style. He could be about to whack someone and he’d ask how the guy’s sister was doing in school.”
Gary Ponzo, A Touch of Deceit

“Consider their role models,” Nick said. “You can’t change the tide with an oar.”
Gary Ponzo, Thrilling Thirteen

“What happened to the perp?” “Perp?” “The piece of crap who tried to kill my wife. Where is he now?” There was a pause, then, “Well, uh, you see, the guy—he’s in the parking lot right now.” “What’s he doing there? Is he being arrested?” “Actually, he’s resting. As a matter of fact, he’s going to be resting for a really long time.” Nick understood the term. “Tommy, by any chance did he stumble upon an open window?”

Gary John, thanks for reaching out to me. I'm not familiar with J.C. Fields, however, I will definitely be checking him out. I'm hoping to have book seven out by the end of the year. If you subscribe to my webpage at garyponzo.com you'll received an email anytime I release a new book. Thanks again,
Gary

message 4: by John

John just finished book six and can not wait to see what happens next. Have Flight 12 in my next few books that I have read.

The action in your stories is similar to Sean Kruger stories by J.C. Fields. Are you familiar, if not recommend you check him out.
