I am an Italian consultant, entrepreneur & writer. After having founded a couple of IT companies and practiced agile software development, I moved on as a full-time freelance agile coach, coaching teams in Italy, Germany, France, and the UK.

During a new entrepreneurial adventure in ideato, I joined the eBay Italia team to set their agile process up. In 2015 I went back to freelancing, caring a lot about negotiation, product development, and organizations' governance.

As a writer, I have published a couple of nerd-ish books on agile coding practices and "Extreme Contracts: knowledge work from negotiation to collaboration."
