Afro-Futuristic Vision #35 – Rising Depth Fundraiser – My Next Literary Work
Rise in Excellence,
Finally, I have seriously started my next project and have attached a Fundraiser to it, this work will tie in my whole series, The Renpet Phenomenon. I ‘project’ (which is a lovely term if you grasp it from an Afro-Futuristic point of view) that my next novel will be completed and ready by the second week into July. So far I have had 2 funders and with 20 days or so to go, my goal will be reached in excellence.
Let’s take a look at Rising Depth -
If take a good look at this movie-like poster, you will see images in the background of the skeleton vibrating from the use of headphones, administering drugs for a pharmaceutical experiment and a block of government cheese.
What do these images have in common?
Think about the products of an external nature that attach themselves onto the internal world of a human being (nervous system, digestive system and so forth.
What effect do that have on someone’s internal nature when there is no encouragement of growth or equal trade-off…
Rising Depth is the first stage of the Renpet Phenomenon, it tells of the events before the actual shift of melanin on the planet. The time when events labeled ‘RP’, were claiming many individuals with a lower content of melanin within their structure (melanin is on the inside of the body as well, not just particular to the skin). Bursts of Solar Flares would strike causing these individuals to either be radically changed within their genetic structure or simply burned out their bodies
(what YOU may call death, but I AM not YOU – well I am in a sense, I just speak Afro-Futurism).
During these events, New York City goes through a mass gentrification as well as suspicious activities from the nation’s leading sexual and reproductive health care facilitator and advocate, Directive Living.
Then we have an individual by the name of Peter Sekham…between his failing convictions, the world of Directive Living, increase in RP and the mysterious young lady who visited his office.

Afro-Futuristic Vision #34 – THE ZOMBIE AGENDA OR Sci-Fi is still dead, # ArchSuper to save your Life
THE ZOMBIE AGENDA OR Sci-Fi is still dead, # ArchSuper to save your Life
Upon rising, I still had the embers of a dream about a new three-stage skin-cream that gave birth to flawless skin…and eventually to a zombie epidemic. It was interesting b/c as I thought about the actually plausibility of it, streams of information hit my consciousness…that’s right…the skin is the third lung and the lungs represent intake and letting go. And when you do not let go of something, it festers, rots, decomposes movement and creates stagnation. And it dawned on me…as if it didn’t before…that for the past 30 years or so, we have been breathing Zombic air.
(just imagine a brief pause , some percussions and fade-out like in the animated The Hobbit movie)
For the past 30 years, there has been a rise in Zombie movies, so much so that it has been incorporated into our daily lives through posters, pilots, series, t-shirts, online games (Plants vs. Zombies)
and Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil). It is to the degree that people are somewhat numb to the idea of creatures walking around eating flesh and smelling like the years of garbage they ate at fast-food joints. What is even more incredible is that children are cool with tossing potted plants at them to kill them or re-kill them? Anyway people are just fine with it. Which brings some awesome realizations to mind:
1) They have no belief or acknowledgment of an After-Life or an After-Life is being a zombie
2) Jesus is not coming back
3) Apocalyptic Ideals are on the rise
What I am saying is that if we consolidate our activities in film over the years within this genre, then we can draw some of these conclusions…somewhat. But is even more awesome (still feeling the effects of Jewel Pookrums Seven Circuit of the Brain Youtube video), is the unconscious agreement that people are making about Zombies. Remember, what you put out is what you get back. So when you crowd folks into a dark room which symbolizes sleep or rest then by dimming the lights as you would closing your eyes (and yes this is going to be a run-on sentence…meh) have them travel internally into their body with their eyes still open then introduce images flashing at 30-48 fps through a projector of light
followed by sounds that trigger the adrenals along with an increase of sugar to the brain through junkfoods…you can tell folks anything and their minds will believe it all…since their subconscious mind thinks they are dreaming.
However, you still need an interactive ingredient to conduct the energy of these movies to be plausible as well as to stimulate the emotions…enter the melanin man. Now, some folks say Caucasians do not have melanin, I like to think they have less of it. Maybe in the grand design of things Nubians have more of it externally and internally to some degree b/c they are meant to be conductors of the energies around them at a heightened level.
Currently, we see this in the series Walking Dead with the introduction of the character Michonne
…it is always a Nubian Female who is instituted to put things in order following along with the whole Sekhmet (feminine cosmic principle of power and justice) institution of energy and it is always a Nubian Male sacrificed, T-Dog from BK,
to bring forth the Asar (masculine cosmic principle of balance and stability) energy in films and television series.
PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS MELANIN THAT MOVES WHAT IS ERRONEOUSLY CALLED ‘LIFE’ and THAT WITHOUT NUBIAN ENERGY THIS GENRE WOULD NOT EXIST -
‘A zombie (Haitian Creole: zonbi; North Mbundu: nzumbe) is an animated corpse resurrected by mystical means, such as witchcraft.[1] The term is often figuratively applied to describe a hypnotized person bereft of consciousness and self-awareness, yet ambulant and able to respond to surrounding stimuli. Since the late 19th century, zombies have acquired notable popularity, especially in North American and European folklore.
In modern times, the term “zombie” has been applied to an undead being in horror fiction, often drawing from the depiction of zombies in George A. Romero‘s 1968 film Night of the Living Dead.[2][3] They have appeared as plot devices in various books, films, television shows, and video games.’ –WIKIPEDIA DEFINITION FROM AN EURO-CENTRIC VEIWPOINT
Remember Serpent and the Rainbow? Loosely based on Haitian Spiritual Ceremonies?
In Night of the Living Dead, by George A. Romero, Ben played by Duane Jones
kept the movie together. Interestingly enough, as the lone-survivor, was fatally shot in the head…possible the cause of racism. As the movie rolls out, he is dragged amongst the other corpses…subliminally there is a feel of equality being awarded to you only after you are dead. Before we move on, we must stop and remember…Sci-Fi is Dead…if you need a refresher >>>http://authordjadja.wordpress.com/2012/08/19/afro-futuristic-vison-18-sci-fi-is-dead/
Then we must acknowledge for all these Zombie titles to work, we must make an agreement that death exists…which has always been the most amazing agreement I ever seen made since most of the world or at least partially, believe in a God, oops I mean God (if you put ‘a’ before God, you can expect someone to get offended). If you believe in God then how can you make an agreement about death? Strange…
Moving right along, so yes, you have melanin moving along the mission to create a zombie complex in movie goers so that you can introduce years down the line….Warm Bodies (which I have yet to review).
After all the munching and chomping on our flesh, now we should embrace the unliving as possible companions, just like we should embrace a vampire who does not explode in sunlight but shines in it like flavor crystals
.
Warm Bodies – With much of the world’s population now an undead horde, R is a young and introspective zombie. While fighting with and feeding on a human scavenger party, R meets Julie and feels an urge to protect her. What happens next is the beginning of a strangely warm relationship that allows R to begin regaining his humanity. As this change spreads through the local undead population like a virus, Julie and R eventually have to face a larger issue when the very nature of their friendship is challenged. Caught between the paranoid human forces and the ferocious “Bonies”, zombies who are a mutual threat, R and Julie must find a way common bond bridge the differences each sides must overcome so that they all fight for a better world no one thought possible.
BUUUUUTTTT…maybe there is something to this movie, as the idea of love is introduced as a key healer for the ailments of being dead. Opening of the heart channel can possible help the fear induced masses of the world…possibly. Yet, still lurking in the background is the Zombie Agenda. Remember, as soon as someone had supposedly had a mix of bathsalt
and attacked someone maliciously by biting into their face, we almost had a world-wide Zombie break-out hysteria across the globe through the Umbrella
(ahem) of Satellites worldwide. Every fear about a break-out and every movie concerning a break-out was immediately galvanized around that one event…but where did all that energy go to?
And what will the upcoming largest production of Zombie films have for us…what happens when a pivotal person who is a part of the Royal Family (Actors, Figureheads) in the United States, lends his hand to this genre….
Who knows?
However, you can be rest assured that I will be doing my part as an Afro-Futurist, to bring forth stories than engender life. On Khenset, we usually send vampires back to Alda

The Next Best Thing…Write on, write on!
Rise in Excellence!
I feel privileged to have been tagged by Afro-Futuristic/Sci-Fi-Erotica writer extraordinaire Valeanne Jeffers as her choice for the next best thing!
Rules are: Answer ten questions about your current Work In Progress on your blog. Tag five writers / bloggers and add links to their pages so we can hop along to them next.
What is the working title of your book…
Working Title is Bridges Buried in Darkness
Where did the idea come from for the book?
Looking to expand the genre and build on the basis of my internal science theories, I thought of the Alternative Lifestyle community and its spiritual roots in Yoruba as well as other Cultures representing the gate-keepers of other realms. Also, I needed a beginning chapter to tie my previous Novels (Renpet and N Eternity Reclaimed) to. In fact, this new project was exactly what I needed to bring forth the entire concept of The Renpet Phenomenon to light.
What genre does your book fall under?
Bridges Buried in Darkness would rise within the Afro-Futuristic Genre as a Paranormal, Sci-Fi Drama. Afro-Futurism is a genre on the rise that represents the Nubian (Afrikan) experience within the world of science and nature…the world of internal science.
Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?
My main character, whom I cannot name at this moment to protect his identity, would be perfectly played by Yassin Bey (Most Def)
. I just see his natural and honest spirit being able to bring forth the main character’s essence to the big screen. Other actors would more than likely be Sana Latham
, Michelle Rodriguez (Resident Evil), Erykah Badu, Jannelle
Monae, Ghost Face Killah
, MF Doom and Jaye Davidson (Crying Game). Of course, screenplay would have to be different from the actual Novel if I want to really get some of the actors to play the roles without being offensive to them.
What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?
Novus City, home to mass gentrification and Directive Living’s harvesting of a new energy supply…spiritual emissions.
Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?
On the fence about that, thinking I may still go the route of representing myself with the help of my Afro-Futuristic Sistren and Brethren.
How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?
About 5 months. Since it will be a short Novella series, looking at releasing the first book in the series in late March.
What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?
Comparison is such a touchy word with me. Um.
Who or What inspired you to write this book?
A few things inspired this book:
Maafa 21 DVD which tells of possible dealings of a certain organization that has a secret agenda of mass sterilization of the urban populaces globally.
Janelle Monae’s ArchAndroid Album which is like a Audio Afro-Futuristic Novel.
Gantz the japanese live-action and anime about an on-going other-worldly immigration problem on Earth and a Black Ball in a room that is the root of it all.
The actual concern of gentrification taking place in NYC
And, at the risk of being comical, all the vegetarian and vegan junk-food out there that is produced as a product and not so much as a source of nutrition.
What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?

Afro-Futuristic Vision #33 – Say Goodbye to Miss Laura – Django Unchained
Afro-Futuristic Vision #33 – Say Goodbye to Miss Laura – Django Unchained
Why do I always do things after all the hoopla and hype has everyone plugged in when they should be giving all their energy to early day physical exercises and spiritual work. I don’t know. Could be that when anyone jumps on a trend I look to go the opposite direction.
DJANGO UNCHAINED – SHANGO UNCHAINED
Quentin Tarratino’s film style has always been interesting to me, a homage to the old 42nd Street Movie theatres that showed 3-4 Kung-Fu Features and Street Vigilante Flicks while thick billowy clouds of Marijuana entered the lungs of the old and young. Who can say, if most attendees actually enjoyed these flicks or were just zoning in another world.
Quentin always had an interesting way of casting unsuspecting individuals who eventually take the lead in the course of the movie. Django was no different.
You can tell that he would eventually go the Western route since his cameo appearance in Sukiyaki Western Django, which was directed by Takashi Miike. Quentin played Piringo who ‘edifies a group of bandits about an old rivalry between two bitter Japanese clans, before dispatching the bandits in a brief, but violent shootout.’ http://www.metacafe.com/watch/mv-nvyQc/sukiyaki_western_django_piringos_story/
My review of Django will be based solely on my perspective as an Afro-Futurist (who is somewhat reclusive) and views the world from a dynamic of Tao and Nubian principles of energy progression. Keeping in mind, that Tarratino can only produce films from his own point of view on life and cannot be held responsible to give a full accurate perspective of our world. Although, I thought Django was very close to my AF standards.
While a majority of movie-goers were outraged with the racial slurs and epithets within the movie, there was not a surge of abandoning any form of current activity which may reflect what Europeans have labeled as slavery. Folks still went to Whole-Foods, Mickey D’s, Duane Reade, called themselves Vegan or Vegetarian, used I-Phones, voted, downloaded on Kindle, watched YouTube and more importantly watch the modern form of Mandigo Fighting (Football, Basketball and so forth). There was no dramatic drop in sports gambling, purchase of merchandise/ paraphernalia and tailgate parties.
No one abandoned the American Way of Life over the 100x Nigger was called out in Django, which would have been a bigger testament to opposing the use of the word. Nor was there a sudden increase in sales and downloads of Spike Lee’s Movies since he was the one that really bought it to our attention.
But hey, External Science is a helluva drug….
Now we got that out the way, Django…
Opening images of men in bondage walking on a chain-gang through all manner of weather. Powerful image. Since most of the world is genetically mixing in with each other physically and language-wise. We are currently in an age where that time in the Life-Story of Europeans and respectively Afrikans/Nubians, has been wiped out with elections and over-the-top episodes of Family Guy. But for me, the image of Django and the men walking in bondage, caused me to recognize that we never went through Slavery. At least not according to our own words. We were and still are used to refine mental and physical commodities by a group of individuals whose spiritual maturity is lacking. And somewhere along the line we believed and adapted the word, slavery, that was used by these individuals to describe our experience. SLAVERY IS THEIR TERMINOLOGY.
I don’t know how you watch a film, but I always watch a film as it relates to me as DjaDja, my culture and my place in this universe. I do not look for politics, economics, pop-culture or any of the other things that fill this Life-Bubble with random expressions of bottled repressed energy.
At this point, watching the film became an experience of my senses and AF reasoning plugged into the experience of Django. Most of the dialogue at this point was at a minimum and when we did here a voice, it was from one of the ‘slavers’, and his energy immediately opened the theme for others characters who shared his views…that energy being ignorance. It allowed us to see into the mentality of those certain people at that time period. At this point, it would appear that the men in captivity were surrounded by alien beings who knew little to nothing about the spirit of the land around them and less about the function of language and its overall energy. With the exception of Dr. Schultz, every time a European in this movie spoke, it came from the space of a very warlike energy; regardless if the manner of speech was with eloquent words and mannerism.
When Django was given the opportunity for mercenary work, he accepted as a way out of his current plight. Mercenary work is an age-old career, however, it may have been under different names dependant on the culture, the underlying energy of it is still the same. Django’s ‘freedom’ was accomplished by barter and trade hastened by the blood splattering of horse and man alike.Django tosses off the clothes of what the Europeans called Slavery; almost naked true to his essence for a split second. The most real and connected a man can be. Once the paperwork was accomplished, Django took the clothes of one of the men who held him in bondage since that man’s contract with this world was rapidly expired by Dr. Shultz’ gun. Taking of the clothes can be seen as taking on the identity in rouse while remaining true to oneself. It you noticed, the wind special-effect chimed in when Django removed his rags, the wind representing Shango…this was the time of Django’s transformation within the night-air, receiving Shango.
Throughout the movie, all 2 hours and 45 minutes of it, we are given over to unsanitary conditions, not so much in dealing with the Nubians in bondage, but more so within the world of Europeans living in this area of the world. Although dressed with frou frou material possessions, we get an undercurrent feeling of stench and uncleanliness.
I will not speak for others, nor force my opinions on them, but for me, clearly two worlds were running parallel, one of European Slavery Concept and the other of Django view of being thrust into a world of treachery, greed and lust. Too often, a film is based on the views of a Euro-centric nature when dealing with African-Americans (Afrikan/Nubian Descendents/Ascendents) storylines, although this was no exception…it was. In my opinion, saying that we were slaves is taking on the European view to explain our condition, rather than just using the Euro-Verb ‘Enslavement’ the actual action and not the word ‘Slave’ which is the identity.
As things progressed, it was apparent that the true savages were those who used the word Nigger like a second breath, or maybe that was the point…to be like the Nigger they could never be…
It is interesting that even German, Dr. King Schultz, was offended by his slack-jawed country backward cousins. Possibly his role represents the Europeans looking to remove themselves from that mentality or maybe they are just playing along…
I can go on and on about all the metaphysical symbolism and the cast of spells throughout the film but I won’t…
I will however, point out the areas that were of particular interest to me.
Clothing – Django’s clothing constantly evolved through the course of film. From rags to the powder blue satin colonial Mason suit to the rugged western land baron suit. Not only did the material change but it also reflected his attitude. While remaining true to his mission and his essence, the uniform changed in order to infiltrate and be taken seriously (in the context of how one expresses oneself for clarity as well as maintaining one’s camouflage—not for the purpose of changing someone’s mind so that they will respect you). At the end, his attire was well-managed and orderly, this reflected his ability to master the language of the people in this land as well as their mannerisms and customs…still remaining true to himself.
Finally at the end of the film, we see Django dressed in the colors of Shango and his mannerism enhanced by the spirit that dwells within him. “I didn’t know Burgundy was my color.”
Whipping – By far, the whipping scene was so realistic to me.
If you are going to submit your torturer to the same hostility he imposed on you and there is no one with a sutra or Buddha chant around…by all means…make sure to put your whole body into it and get out all your frustration…purify your liver and toss the whip like a mic at the end of it. Make sure to spread your fingers of your free hand for balance and supreme cocking mechanism. Do not think of Indy at all. Do it right next to the tree that your brethren were whipped on and change the course of energy for that area. This scene reminded me of the Nasuwt (Ruler) Narmer from Kemet (Egypt) when he took the heads of the Hyksos/Haribus. Also, the scene seemed to symbolize the taking back of sacred teachings that’s been coveted by certain groups…the reclaiming of self from self. Dressed in a colonial suit and whipping on the colonizer shows a role reversal. One can only be a servant by giving yourself over. Towards the end of this scene we clearly see the Ka position (which is the position of the spiritual self and the utilization of space for creativity) held by Django when he and Dr. Shultz hold their hands up. This happens once more towards the end when Django gives up and throws off his coat (once again the wind special effect follows in; showing the exit of Shango’s spirit) then places his hands in the Ka position. Although it can be seen as surrender, actually it was Django manipulating the space and shedding a role of Shango in order to throw off his enemies. Now that they seen no threat because of the absence of Shango they lowered their guards.
StoryTime – In the scene where Dr. Shultz explains the explaination of Broomhilde’s name, we see Django sitting holding his knees listening and curious about the tale the way a child would be. This same position is down throughout the world during storyteller time and is also a meditative posture to enter the unconscious.
This was another way for Django to build the energy within himself to commit to his mission. Another way to bring forth the Shango essence as well Heru consciousness.
It takes place again when Django sat in the akimbo posture and explained to his transporters from Le Quint about a bounty they could partake in exchange for his freedom. He uses the gift of speech to lull them into lowering their guard. Then they ‘cut-him-loose’ (Django Unchained). And gave him a firearm…iron. Once that happened, Shango (related to metal weaponry) was re-kindled and it was on. Bringing thundering sound from the pistols and explosive Dynamite, Django appears from out a cloud
of smoke, cleans himself with water (a conduit to the spirit world) and is about his way. At the appearance of Metal…Django became Shango.
Visions of BroohHilde as Orishas – Throughout the film, Broomhilde appears as a many different Orishas before Django got to her. One time between within the woods as Oshun dressed in all Yellow. And another time as Yemaya (Orisha of Sea and Rivers)
when Django was bathing, this was another initiation into the spirit world and preparation for battle.
More importantly, this is one of the only movies where a Nubian couple were re-united and supported one another. Where a Nubian Man held a woman in his arms. This was a film about remembering our internal technology and how that ability works with the unification of man and woman. They destroyed the house that symbolized control and left out the Pylons never to return. Pylon or gateways in front of buildings hold the program of the residence.
Django proceeded to draw a new sphere of life with his horse and then walked slowly out its shell, symbolizing new life…it you see it this way…otherwise…this was a period slavery film to those that accept slavery is the correct way to explain that condition.
“NOW ALL YOU BLACK FOLKS, I SUGGEST THAT YOU GET AWAY FROM ALL THESE WHITE FOLKS.”
Meaning move back into your own perspective of thought.
“BYE MISS LAURA.”
Say GoodBye to your trained way of thinking which breeds the imaginary view of dichotomy.
And as we know from Dr. Shultz…Bye is Bye….not see you later….
Return to Internal Technology….

Afro-Futuristic Vision #32 – The Un-thought-of Reality of Science Fiction…
The origin of Science Fiction can be debated, yet the closest approximation of the term’s first use was in 1851 (in Chapter 10 of William Wilson’s A Little Earnest Book upon a Great Old Subject): “Science-Fiction, in which the revealed truths of Science may be given interwoven with a pleasing story which may itself be poetical and true.”
Science Fiction is defined as a genre of fiction with imaginative but more or less plausible content such as settings in the future, futuristic science and technology, space travel, parallel universes, aliens, and paranormal abilities.
Science Fiction allows us to explore possibilities within the development of our world, daily lives and individual selves. When the average person watches or reads ‘Sci-Fi’, they naturally have a tendency to project themselves into the story, melding into the actions and morality of the character they identify with the most. For some, this becomes a way to escape the perception of harsh realities in their life and for others a way to awaken the areas in their psyche that have been dormant and unexpressed.
Presently, Sci-Fi is almost a far-cry from the simple mechanisms, beeping lights and clunky space-ships of yesteryear. The genre has branched out to include Horror, Paranormal and Erotic themes in their story-lines. This evolution has mirrored the present view of the world as a global community and one has to ask who has influenced who?
Before going further, let us define the names or roots separately:
c.1300, “knowledge (of something) acquired by study,” also “a particular branch of knowledge,” from O.Fr. science, from L. scientia ”knowledge,” from sciens (gen. scientis), prp. of scire ”to know,” probably originally “to separate one thing from another, to distinguish,” related to scindere ”to cut, divide,” from PIE root *skei- (cf. Gk. skhizein ”to split, rend, cleave,” Goth. skaidan, O.E. sceadan ”to divide, separate;” see shed (v.)).
late 14c., “something invented,” from O.Fr. ficcion (13c.) “dissimulation, ruse; invention,” and directly from L. fictionem (nom. fictio) “a fashioning or feigning,” noun of action from pp. stem of fingere ”to shape, form, devise, feign,” originally “to knead, form out of clay,” from PIE *dheigh- (cf. O.E. dag ”dough;” see dough). As a branch of literature, 1590s.
To cut and divide; to separate one thing from another, to distinguish.
Fashioning, to kneed, form out of clay, something invented.
Now the interesting thing about the technology of words concerning the lifecycle of this planet on a whole, is the accumulative definition that submerges the actual energy or utterance of the word. Most people when they think of Sci-Fi, the accumulative definition in the memories is of space-ships, laser-guns and Man conquering space. Take a moment to think about that, Man (and when I say Man I mean the whole of the human being both feminine and masculine) needs to conquer what gave birth to him, needs to know more than they are capable of manifesting because they are already given all the information in the working of their own body which is the greatest ‘laboratory’. The accumulative definition of Sci-Fi takes us to a place where we are in touch with beings outside of our world and new ways of living. Something that we cannot touch beyond our scope of reasoning, yet nowadays things that are beyond our touch…we are touching. So how valid is fiction or was the technology of fiction just a cloak or veil.
Going back to the root words of Science Fiction and their meanings:
To cut and divide; to separate one thing from another, to distinguish. – Science
Fashioning, to kneed, form out of clay, something invented. – Fiction
Science Fiction in the original meaning, although many may have not have seen it, is the process of creation. The use of the right and left hemispheres of the brain. The idea and the physical manifestation.
To cut and divide; to separate one thing from another, to distinguish. – Left Hemisphere
Fashioning, to kneed, form out of clay, something invented. – Right Hemisphere
Culturally it is very important to keep at the centerpiece or foreground of thought for people of Nubian/Afrikan descent this acknowledgement. Science Fiction is a Eurocentric construct of entertainment that feeds off the perception of life from their cultural foundation. And rather than debase and ridicule its reasoning, it is better to recognize your own (Afrikan/Nubian) expression of life and perception especially when writing in this field. The reality is when you label yourself a Black Sci-Fi writer, you may face trying to expand the genre of Science Fiction to include Blacks. It is similar to the Civil Rights Movement, trying to get a people to recognize your self-worth by enforcing law. In actuality the goal is to get your own to recognize their self-worth. Maybe it is best to move forward and say you write Science Fiction from the standpoint of your cultural perspective rather than impose your views within a system that has not taken steps to include your vision. Sometimes I really do not know. Maybe that is the reason I took up the Afro-Futuristic Movement so I do not have to think so much about it. Although, it is interesting that the roots of Science Fiction as the words states are based on Afro-Futuristic Vision or Nubian/Afrikan Principles.
Before I go any further, I wish to state that Afrika/Nubia/Kemet/TaMaRe does not have principles, science, psychology, philosophy and math. Those names are constructs that were born from the established expressions of our culture, and our culture dealt on another way of manifestation and expression. Of course, we as a people are coming back to that perception and the only way for us to communicate to have discussion about it, is to use the English language to inner-stand one another. Keeping this in mind will bring about a heightened dimension of perception and expression.
Some say we first entered the Sci-Fi Film genre with the movie Son of Ingagi, which is hailed as the first Black Science Fiction/Horror Film. So I decided to watch it for the first time.
Son of Ingagi (1940)
Synopsis: A wealthy old recluse wills her fortune and exceedingly-gloomy house to a pair of newlyweds, Robert and Eleanor Lindsay. Years before, Dr. Jackson had been in love with Eleanor’s father, who was younger than her and did not return her love. N’Gina, an ape-man, Dr. Jackson brought back from Africa drinks a potion she had concocted in her laboratory, for a specific reason, but N’Gina turns on her and kills her, which is not what she had planned. Then he murders her attorney, Bradshaw, who is hunting for $20,000 in gold she had hidden in her gloomy house. Her brother, Zeno, an ex-convict, finds the gold but N’Gina isn’t bothered by the bullets Zeno fires at him and kills him also. Detective Nelson then goes looking for it.
En Gee Na, is the name of the ‘ape-man’ or supposed missing link (at least that’s what I get from his appearance, I could be incorrect)….stop right there…the missing link theory is a western on-going mystery that has involved just about every other person on this planet in a chase to find out how did man make his evolutionary jump. However, the answer to the proposed question by western culture has been answered in Sci-Fi, Manga, Sumerian Text, Dogon Text and so on. The Academic World has the information already they are just spoon-feeding the public.
I purposely state it like this to make a point but probably it is lost in lengthy words…so I’ll just say it. The Missing Link question is not a question for the Afrikan/Nubian to ask…has nothing to do with us as far as us needing to know. Has everything to do with us as far as being involved…
Back to Son of Ingagi
Son of Ingagi is a ‘sequel’ to, you guessed it, Ingagi.
Ingagi (1930)
Synopsis: An expedition enters an area of the Congo jungle to investigate reports of a gorilla-worshipping tribe. After many dangerous adventures, they come upon the tribe they sought, only to watch as a virgin is sacrificed to a huge gorilla, who takes her away. The expedition follows the gorilla in an attempt to save the woman.
Ingagi was an exploitation film which not only glamourized big-game hunting in the ‘dark continent’ but also painted a possibly corrupted view of the inhabitants of the Congo (the animals and Twa people who are referred to as Pygmies). America’s view into the people of the interior of Africa continued to be twisted by Tarzan and King Kong.

‘”Ingagi” arrived in 1930 to satisfy a hunger for jungle pictures piqued by Theodore Roosevelt’s African safari and fueled by the success of such nickelodeon hits as “Heart of Africa,” documenting a 1915 Kenyan safari by Lady Grace Mackenzie, and “Hunting Big Game in Africa,” a phony account of the Roosevelt trip filmed entirely in a Chicago studio by Col. William Selig, one of the most successful and innovative producers of the day.
As only a handful of zoos and circuses exhibited apes during the early 20th century, movies featuring all forms of monkeys emerged as a popular genre, and some filmmakers, such as William S. Campbell, seemed to specialize in monkey-themed films, with “Monkey Stuff” and “Jazz Monkey,” in 1919, and “Prohibition Monkey” in 1920. Schoedsack warmed up for “King Kong” by directing “Chang” in 1927 (with Cooper) and “Rango” in 1931, both of which prominently featured monkeys in real jungle settings. The debate about evolution at the Scopes monkey trial of 1925 further spurred interest in primate pictures.
Capitalizing on the craze, Congo Pictures Ltd. released “Ingagi.” All advertisements for the film explained that “ingagi” means “gorilla.” And every ad and article stated that the movie documented an authentic, scientific two-year expedition in the Belgian Congo, produced by Sir Hubert Winstead of the Royal Geological Society, who appeared in the film along with American sportsman Capt. Daniel Swayne.
Congo Pictures, formed expressly to make the film, could afford only one print, and it arranged for a two-week run at a theater in San Diego, where it played to more than 40,000 people. But efforts to interest New York-based film distributors failed, and Congo had to book “Ingagi” theater by theater.
Congo rented Chicago’s Garrick Theatre, advertising the film as “an authentic incontestable celluloid document showing the sacrifice of a living woman to mammoth gorillas!” The Motion Picture News credited “lurid lobby advertising depicting a gorilla fondling a near-nude native woman” for drawing crowds to the Garrick.
“Ingagi” was an unabashed exploitation film, almost immediately running afoul of the Hollywood code of ethics created by the Motion Picture Producers and Distributors Assn. (MPPDA), a consortium of the major motion picture studios popularly known as the Hays Office. A week after “Ingagi’s” Chicago debut, the Hays Code was modified to state that: “Sex perversion or any inference of it is forbidden” and “Complete nudity is never permitted.”
The lure of the forbidden
That was a plus for “Ingagi.” Exploitation cinema during Hollywood’s “Golden Age” deliberately dealt with subject matter that the Hays Office prohibited, luring customers to “forbidden spectacle.” And “Ingagi” was loaded with it.’
Ingagi’s director and writer more than likely did not have our best interest at heart with the projection of their ideals on the big screen. And Son of Ingagi was no exception.
En-Gee-Na drinks a portion that makes En Gee Na go bonkers and destroy the lab and does away with Dr. Jackson. Meanwhile, others conspire on Robert and Eleanor for their property and the hidden gold. The hour worth of film gave nothing to the community other than a western portrayal of Nubian/Afrikan marriage (separate beds), skullduggery, slapstick and poor old EngiNa burning up in flames. Well at least the newlyweds get the bags of gold and escaped the ridicule of its predecessor Ingagi.
These films have set a dangerous precedence in movies to come because of the already programmed stigma of the Afrikan/Nubian being closely related to apes. If not actual apes. There are many films where a gorilla kidnaps a European woman eventually becomes hounded then killed.
King Kong
Mighty Joe Young
Nabonga
The White Gorilla
Bride of the Gorilla
The Monster and the Girl
Untamed Mistress
And many more..
Each time one of these films played, in the back of the mind of Americans (all Americans), subconsciously they seen a Nubian man kidnapping a European woman. A beast of a man who later was controlled by the woman he held captive…
I cited this film because it is hailed as the First Black Sci-Fi/Horror Film when in fact, it is a Sci-Fi/Horror film with an all Nubian/Afrikan cast and nothing more. In order for a film to hailed as an ‘Black Sci-Fi Film’ it must have more than just the presence of our people in it. It must embody our principles and end with the morality told in our stories. At least this is my opinion, it must have these pre-requistes along with the Internal Technology of the body working in tandem with the Nature around it. With that being said, of the top of my head only two films come to mind: Avatar and Besouro. In these films there is the presence of Internal Technology as well as the principles of our people.
My point has another side….Movies program your brain…
Here are some results from searches (the following information is not my own and belongs to its rightful creators):
#5. No, You Can’t Separate Fact from Fiction
#4. Stories Were Invented to Control You
#3. The Writer of a Story Always Has an Agenda
#2. You Were Raised — and Educated — by Pop Culture
#1. Everything in Your Brain Is a Story
1. They Can Ruin Your Health
Studies have shown that adrenalin junkies get real pleasure out of being scared by horror movies, but in a variety of ways they may be risking their physical and mental health without even knowing it. When we watch an intense scene in a film our heart rate and blood pressure increase. This can and does lead to heart attacks, in people who have cardiovascular weaknesses. Those links are just two examples of people people who keeled over dead during The Passion of the Christ.
Even if you are young and healthy, watching horror movies can mess with you in ways you didn’t expect. When you get scared your adrenaline and cortisone levels spike. This in turn can dredge up repressed traumatic memories. The change in your brain chemistry reminds you of times when it was in a similar state, even if you had no idea you even had those memories. So if you have some really horrible event in your past that terrified you, being scared again by a movie can inadvertently make you relive it.
If your past is trauma-free but you’ve been depressed before, even tearjerkers should be avoided. A study found that people who had been depressed in the past were more likely to ruminate over the tragic parts of movies. This in turn may have been a contributing factor if and when they returned to a depressive state.
2. They Can Improve Your Health
Okay, you’ve seen hundreds of movies and you’re fine, so it can’t all be bad, right? Of course not, there are also health benefits to watching films. Comedies, for example, help lower your blood pressure; when you laugh for extended periods of time your blood vessels dilate. Intense laughter for 15 minutes during a film has the same effect on your cardiovascular system as exercising.
Even porn films can improve your health. In a study of women who were shown “female friendly” porn, activity in some areas of the brain reduced significantly. This was reported in the press as “Watching Porn Makes Your Brain Shut Down” but the details of the study prove that the parts of the brain that slowed down are ones none of us really want going a mile a minute anyway. The main area to “shut down” controlled anxiety, and the women came away from the films calmer and happier.
If you aren’t into porn, sad movies can have a similar effect on the brain. When you watch a sad film (assuming you don’t have a history of depression) you are more likely to come away from it thinking about loved ones and feeling happy about what you have. In one study where students watch an abridged version of Atonement, they rated themselves much happier with their lives right after viewing the tragic tale than they had just before.
3. They Can Make You More Creative
…if you’re five. This may or may not extend to adults, but a study showed that young children who watched short clips from the Harry Potter films, specifically ones that involved the use of magic, scored significantly higher on a creative thinking test than children who had watched something else. So if you have the mentality of a child and want to make something or tackle a hard problem, pop in a film with a bit of magic in it and you might find yourself being more creative than normal.
4. They Can Control Your Thoughts
Thanks to science, directors may soon be able to control when you feel scared or sad during a film. Thanks to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scientists can now see just how you react to every second of a film. In one study, participants watched an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm; The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly; and an episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents “Bang! You’re Dead!” The results showed that 65% of participant’s brains reacted the same way to the Hitchcock clip, while only 18% were the same for Curb Your Enthusiasm. The researchers concluded that Hitchcock’s way of making movies allowed for “tighter control” of what the viewers experienced.
Maybe Hitchcock just got lucky that audiences experience his films the way he wanted them to. These days, however, it doesn’t have to be down to luck. At least one producer, Peter Katz, is using this technology to make sure the people in his audiences all experience the same level of fear, all at the same time. Even if directors don’t have the money or inclination to use this technology, other findings could still effect the way films are made. For example, scientist know that audiences’ brains react strongest to the soundtrack of films. While you may have always known deep down that that creak of a door was actually more terrifying than seeing the monster, fMRI’s have proven it. Perhaps less expected is that viewers’ brains light up almost as much when following the movement of a character’s hands. Both of these things can be utilized by directors to make sure your brain in completely in the moment during certain parts of the film, thus ensuring the entire audience reacts in the same manner.
5. They Can Make You More Aggressive
You had to know the controversial one was coming. Scientists, politicians, and parents have debated for decades if being exposed to violence through entertainment leads to actual real life violence. Overall the answer to that is probably still up in the air, but a new study seems to prove that watching aggression on screen can contribute to being a bully in real life, even if it is just in the short term. A study of 250 women found that when they watched clips of violence, bullying, or even just malicious gossiping, when tested afterwards the women were more likely to place importance, subconsciously, on words describing violence or aggression. The people on both sides of the argument (those who hate this type of game and movie vs. those who love them) both seem to overstate the findings of studies like these, one side saying all violence makes you a killer, the other saying it has no effect at all. As more evidence comes in, the real answer seems to be somewhere in the middle.
And there is so much more involved, like the images and behavior patterns mapped into someone’s genetic code and memory. With all this in mind, how many of us can say that we actually seen a real good Black Sci-Fi film? Especially since each point does not incorporate our principles in the creation of films. Ever part of a movie is a program and one has to ask what is on the mind of the programmer. The body is a biological machine that allows us to plug into the lower vibratory realm, plain and simple. The organs, fluids and tissue all have emotion, mind and energy….and they feed of its surroundings…What is being fed into it?
The FMRi Scanner is a form of External Science which in some sense is similar to the dormant ability of psychic powers that perform a scan of the body and project an image.
Results from a search -
Functional magnetic resonance imaging or functional MRI(fMRI) is an MRI procedure that measures brain activity by detecting associated changes in blood flow. The primary form of fMRI uses the blood-oxygen-level-dependent (BOLD) contrast, discovered by Seiji Ogawa. This is a type of specialized brain and body scan used to map neural activity in the brain or spinal cord of humans or animals by imaging the change in blood flow (hemodynamic response) related to energy use by brain cells. Since the early 1990s, fMRI has come to dominate brain mapping research because it does not require people to undergo shots, surgery, or to ingest substances, or be exposed to radiation. Another method of obtaining contrast is arterial spin labeling.[citation needed]
The procedure is similar to MRI but uses the change in magnetization between oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor blood as its basic measure. This measure is frequently corrupted by noise from various sources and hence statistical procedures are used to extract the underlying signal. The resulting brain activation can be presented graphically by color-coding the strength of activation across the brain or the specific region studied. The technique can localize activity to within millimeters but, using standard techniques, no better than within a window of a few seconds.
Something to think about….
Sci-Fi just got interesting after being dead for so many years…

‘N’
Rise in Excellence,
I was talking to my mate Nit, as she prepared for her fashion fitting of a client, and told her this next Novel is going to blow her mind.
I want to take this moment to share that it was her dynamic attitude that inspired me with ‘N’. I thought I would love to do a novel about a female warrior whose small stature holds an entity that is mighty and powerful beyond what her body tells.
Nit Ra Sit is a fashion designer right here in Brooklyn, who does custom fittings and has a line of interesting/fresh products. She is going to be involved in an event on April 26th, I AM CULTURE.
I am going to share an excerpt from N that was specifically influenced by her:
Jnfr looked at me. “What are you working on?”
“I am thinking about some type of wrap skirt.”
“Oh.” She paused. “I have something like that, would you like to see it for the pattern?”
“Yes.”
She stopped what she was doing in the kitchen and whispered some words over the pot before covering it.
“That’ll be alright on its own for a bit… Be right back.”
She slipped behind some screens and later came back with a simple wrap skirt. “Here…” She handed it to me.
The material was different than the yarn she’d given me. It seemed to dissolve into my skin at the touch. In any case, my innate skill for working material picked up on the pattern quickly and I set to work.
My hands moved rapidly as the information from my memories fed my hands with all that I needed to construct what I wanted. All I need is a loom…and some more yarn.
Jnfr looked at me puzzled. “I would never have pegged you for someone who would be into this.” She scratched her head. “You’ll never be able to create it going about it that way.”
She took what was left of the yarn and the dress from me. “Place it out like this.” She laid the dress out on the floor.

Afro-Futuristic Vision #31 – Before the formation of the word c-l-o-n-e, there was…
Before the formation of the word c-l-o-n-e, there was…
Afro-Futuristic Vision #31
Before the formation of the word clone by the attaching separate sounds together to form its utterance there were some beings of an unknown spirit and mankind. In a few societies, we have beings who make statements about forming man for the benefit of working the land. There are even some instances of Bio-Spheres (as they are called today) set up for experiments to test the behavioral programming. Then there is a field experiments later leading to a flushing of children who have gone astray from the dynamic souls that lay inside them. Of course, a few were saved…for later experiments…
There were many cultures which have recorded information of what is called ‘Creation Myths’, yet these ‘myths’ seem to echo in many areas of modern science today. It is very similar to how Science Fiction has become the living blueprint (because the trials are act out by actors or documented in Novels) for the growth of Actual Science.
Great Hymn (it wasn’t really called a Hymn; that was an attached meaning) of Khnum which from what is called the Pyramid and Coffin Text – From the Kemet Culture reproduced in the Ptolemic Era
Another hymn to Khnum-Ra,
God of the potter’s wheel,
Who settled the land by his handiwork;
Who joins in secret,
Who builds soundly,
Who nourishes the nestlings by the breath of his mouth;
Who drenches this land with Nun,
While round sea and great ocean surround him.
He has fashioned gods and men,
He has formed flocks and herds;
He made birds as well as fishes,
He created bulls, and engendered cows.
He knotted the flow of blood to the bones,
Formed in his workshop as his handiwork,
So the breath of life is within everything,
Blood bound with semen in the bones,
To knit the bones from the start.
He makes women give birth when the womb is ready,
So as to open as he wishes;
He soothes suffering by his will,
Relieves throats, lets everyone breathe,
To give life to the young in the womb.
He made hair sprout and tresses grow,
Fastened the skin over the limbs;
He built the skull, formed the cheeks,
To furnish shape to the image.
He opened the eyes, hollowed the ears,
He made the body inhale air;
He formed the mouth for eating,
Made the gorge for swallowing.
He also formed the tongue to speak,
the jaws to open, the gullet to drink,
The throat to swallow and spit.
The spine to give support,
The testicles to move.
The arm to act with vigor,
The rear to perform its task.
The gullet to devor,
Hands and their fingers to do their work,
The head to lead.
The loins to support the phallus,
In the act of begetting.
The frontal organs to consume things,
The rear to aerate the entrails,
Likewise to sit at ease,
And sustain the entrails at night.
The made member to begat,
The womb to conceive,
And increase generations in Egypt.
The bladder to made water,
The virile member to eject,
When it swells between the thighs.
The shins to step,
The legs to tread,
Their bones doing their task,
By the will of his heart.
Sumerian Myth
The gods were dredging the rivers,
were piling up their silt
on projecting bends–
and the gods lugging the clay
began complaining (Jacobsen, Harps 154)
Nammu, who is either the sea or the goddess of the riverbed, goes to her son Enki, who is asleep in the deep (the Apsu) and entreats him to rise from his bed and “fashion servants of the gods” (Kramer, History Begins 109). Enki, who after all is the god of wisdom, thinks of the germinating powers of the clay and water of the abyss, and he tells Nammu to have some womb-goddesses pinch off this clay and have some “princely fashioners” thicken it, so she can mold it or give birth to it:
Mix the heart of the clay that is over the abyss,
The good and princely fashioners will thicken the clay,
You, [Nammu] do you bring the limbs into existence;
Ninmah [earth-mother or birth goddess] will work above you,
The goddesses [of birth] . . . will stand by you at your fashioning;
O my mother, decree its [the newborn's] fate,
Ninmah will bind upon it the image (?) of the gods,
It is man . . . . (Kramer, History Begins 109)
Enuma Elish – Sixth Tablet – reproduced from the Sumerian Culture and Texts
When Marduk beard the word of the gods,
His heart prompted him and he devised a cunning plan.
He opened his mouth and unto Ea he spake
That which he had conceived in his heart he imparted unto him:
“My blood will I take and bone will I fashion
I will make man, that man may
I will create man who shall inhabit the earth,
That the service of the gods may be established,
and that their shrines may be built.
But I will alter the ways of the gods, and I will change their paths;
Together shall they be oppressed and unto evil shall they….
And Ea answered him and spake the word:
“… the … of the gods I have changed
… and one…
… shall be destroyed and men will I…
… and the gods .
… and they…”
Genesis 1:26
26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may ruleover the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
Genesis 2:7 “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and closed up the place with flesh.
Qur’an
he god Allah created man from clay by shaping clay into human form and breathing a spirit into him: [5]
“I am going to create a human being out of clay. When I have formed him and breathed My Spirit into him, fall down in prostration to him! Then inquire of them: Is it they who are stronger in structure or other things We have created? We created them from sticky clay.”
Between the recordings in Kemet and Sumeria, there is ample documented material to trace back areas written in the Bible that point to the manipulation of what we call genes in this day and age. During the time period of 3300 – 1000 BCE, we find recordings of the creation of man that involve gene splicing with the elements of the planet and assortment of beings including those who were considered on our direct bloodline. Of course, these recordings are of instances that may have taken place thousands of years before they were written.
These stories gave birth to the creation stories both in the Bible and Quran.
In some cases, these experiments involved what some would suggest was cloning by the standards of today. Results from a search:
1903, in botany, from Gk. klon ”a twig, spray,” related to klados ”sprout, young branch, offshoot of a plant,” possibly from PIE root *kel- ”to strike, cut” (see holt).
1959, from clone (n.). Related: Cloned; cloning. Extension to genetic duplication of human beings is from 1970.
Cloning in biology is the process of producing similar populations of genetically identical individuals that occurs in nature when organisms such as bacteria , insects or plants reproduce asexually . Cloning in biotechnology refers to processes used to create copies of DNA fragments ( molecular cloning ), cells (cell cloning), or organisms . The term also refers to the production of multiple copies of a product such as digital media or software .
In the United States, the human consumption of meat and other products from cloned animals was approved by the FDA on December 28, 2006, with no special labeling required. Such practice has met strong resistance in other regions, such as Europe, particularly over the labeling issue.
The first cloned animals were created by Hans Dreisch in the late 1800′s. Dreich’s original goal was not to create identical animals, but to prove that genetic material is not lost during cell division. Dreich’s experiments involved sea urchins, which he picked because they have large embryo cells, and grow independently of their mothers. Dreich took a 2 celled embryo of a sea urchin and shook it in a beaker full of sea water until the two cells separated. Each grew independently, and formed a separate, whole sea urchin.
In 1902, another scientist, embryologist Hans Spemman, used a hair from his infant son as a knife to separate a 2-celled embryo of a salamander, which also grow externally. He later separated a single cell from a 16-celled embryo. In these experiments, both the large and the small embryos developed into identical adult salamanders. Spemman went on to propose what he called a “fantastical experiment” — to remove the genetic material from an adult cell, and use it to grow another adult. In this way, he theorized, he would be able to prove that no genetic material was lost as cells grew and divided.
Herbert J. Webber coined the word “clone” in 1903 and was the first to use it to describe a colony of organisms derived asexually from a single progenitor. Webber’s contribution to “a more exact expression to our thoughts” found quick acceptance among scientists.
By the 1950s, the word “clone” had picked up a slightly different meaning. “Clone” now meant to replicate some sort of living creature, while keeping the DNA the same from one generation to the next. In these early days, the word “clone” mainly referred to cells. In 1958, the Australian Nobel Prize-winning immunologist, Sir Frank McFarlane Burnet used this word in the title of his famous book, The Clonal Selection Theory of Acquired Immunity.
It seems that mankind decides to step into the field of creation within the laboratory as well and introducing the age of cloning…however, it was all done before. Yet man is not to concern with charging their creation with spiritual energy.
Khnum is a depicted as a ram to reflect the potency of fertility. Khnum was originally a water cosmic principle of nature thought to rule over all water, including rivers and lakes of the underworld (which may have some connection to the underworld of Sumer and Nergal & Ariskhkergal who may have a part in man’s creation as well)
Khnum fashions man from clay
and some say this is a result of ‘being associated with the source of the Nile, the inundation deposited enough precious black silt onto the river banks to make them fertile. The silt also formed the clay, the raw material required to make pottery.’ Another way to view the association of clay and man, is the mixture of the elements from other beings that were already on earth who have the elements of clay within their system (Andalusite (Al2SiO5), Sillimanite (Al2SiO5), and Kyanite (Al2SiO5) and the Annunak(q)I or Netcheru themselves. The molding of clay can be seen as the working of the genetic material.
Khnum used a potter’s wheel to fashion man.
Potter’s Wheel –
Results of a search:
The technique of throwing pots on pottery wheels soon spread throughout the known world. Pictures of stone and wood pottery wheels have been found on Egyptian tombs dating back to 3000 B.C. The earliest pottery wheels were simple pedestals with a revolving wheel at the top that served as the worktable, and was propelled by the potter pushing the wheel around by hand as she worked. Second generation pottery wheels included a stationary working surface at the top of a pedestal, with a wheel at the base driving the working surface by kicking the wheel with the foot.
As the wheel turns, the potter uses her hands and the centrifugal force of the circling wheel to shape, extend and thin the block of clay into any manner of shapes such as plates, vases, or bowls. Once the item is finished, it is glazed, decorated, and fired in a kiln .
In some depictions you will see Het-Heru
touching an Ankh to the formed man on Khnum’s Pottery Wheel. Now at first hand we will say this is nothing but analogy and abstract representation of creation. However, using a bit of Afro-Futuristic Vision we may see that the Pottery Wheel may have been an instrument to discern information in genetic material. So rather than simple molding of clay, we have molding of genes into a form of man. Khnum although there is heavy mention of a physical molding there is also a mention of fashioning their Ka (which the closest thing that can match it is Spirit). The Ka represents the Energy Duplicate of the Body and the symbol of two hand up-stretched can also be seen at the space between poles of energy (what we term as negative and positive) and the space between neurons. Or if you clapped your hands quickly and brought them apart a ‘Ka’ sound would be made. So beyond the fashioning of genetic material we have the impulse or spark that brings it to be like the ‘Gods’ (I rarely use this word…but hey I know a few people heard a trumpet or two in their head). The charging of that material is equally important.
Let’s fast forward to our current life cycle and to cloning. There are many processes of cloning nowadays but all seem to silently reflect descriptions of the creation of man from ‘Ancient’ Tablets.
CLONING – Results from a search –
The most common cloning method, known as “somatic cell nuclear transfer” or simply “nuclear transfer,” requires two kinds of cell. One is a somatic cell, which is collected from the animal that is to be cloned (known as the “genetic donor”). A somatic cell is any cell other than a sperm cell or egg cell, and contains the complete DNA, or genetic blueprint, of the animal it came from. For cloning purposes, somatic cells are typically obtained by a routine skin biopsy performed by a veterinarian.
The other kind of cell required for cloning is an egg cell, which is collected from a female of the same species (known as the “egg donor”). In the lab, a scientist extracts and discards the nucleus of the egg cell, which is the part of the cell that contains the egg donor’s genes. The scientist then inserts the somatic cell from the genetic donor into the egg and “fuses” the two with electricity. The resulting fused egg contains the genetic donor’s DNA.
The scientist stimulates the fused egg, which “activates” the egg and causes it to divide just as an egg would if it had been fertilized by a sperm cell in conventional reproduction. The activated egg is then placed in a culture medium. As cellular division continues over the course of several days, a blastocyst (early-stage embryo) forms. After about a week, an embryo transfer specialist transfers the blastocyst to a recipient female (sometimes referred to as “surrogate mother”) where it continues to develop. After a full-term pregnancy, the recipient gives birth to an animal that is essentially the identical twin of the genetic donor.
Next, the DNA is separated from the solution by being spun in a centrifuge, which allows the DNA to collect in the bottom of the tube. After this cycle in the centrifuge the solution is poured off and the DNA is resuspended in a second solution that makes the DNA easy to work with in the future.
This results in a concentrated DNA sample that contains thousands of copies of each gene. For large scale projects such as sequencing the human genome, all this work is done by robots.
In the process of cloning it is important to implement the usage of a centrifuge machine. A centrifuge machine uses the forces of centrifugal force (Centrifugal force (from Latin centrum, meaning “center“, and fugere, meaning “to flee”) is the apparent outward force that draws a rotating body away from the center of rotation) to separate genetic material. Centrifugal and Centripetal forces play a part in the movement of celestial bodies and molecular bodies.
Now what stood out to me is that the Potter’s Wheel
and the Centrifuge
are similar in operation and both seem to play a role in the fashioning of material. And both seem similar in structure. Could it be that Khnum and others from various text of older cycles used a device like the Centrifuge to fashion man? Is it possible that depiction of the actual process was not available or privy to man? And that the actual Potter’s Wheel was a reflection of the actual device?
More to come…
