Her debut novel YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID received the Agatha Award for Best First Mystery and was named a Best Mystery and Thriller Book of 2024 by Elle, Parade, and Deadly Pleasures Mystery Magazine. K.T. enjoys practicing Krav Maga, rooting for the Mets, and playing with her Jack Russell Terrier Alice. A graduate of Brown University, she lives just outside Washington, D.C. with her family.

Thanks for your question! I had just read Stephen King's "On Writing" where he talks about asking yourself the simple question "What if..." While walking my dog one day, I asked myself, "What if my intrusive thoughts (I have OCD) came to life?" That was the springboard for YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID which is a psychological thriller tinged with horror. (less)
