Thanks for your question! I had just read Stephen King's "On Writing" where he talks about asking yourself the simple question "What if..." While walking my dog one day, I asked myself, "What if my intrusive thoughts (I have OCD) came to life?" That was the springboard for YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID which is a psychological thriller tinged with horror.
