Hi, I’m Jean Wang, author of A Woman from Wuhan. I grew up in Wuhan, China, during a time of great political and social upheaval, and my memoir takes readers through my journey of survival, self-discovery, and the pursuit of freedom.

A Woman from Wuhan is a story of resilience, identity, and the power of personal transformation.

The book was recently spotlighted in the Telegram & Gazette (Worcester Magazine, part of the USA Today Network) in a full-page feature about my story and the inspiration behind the memoir.
