When I do, I take a break, like one or two days away from the manuscript, then come back to it and read the story or book from the beginning. I then spend quality time thinking through the manuscript to the end. That usually gets me going again.(less)

Kara Hi Marsha, thanks for the friend request :) Looking forward to sharing books with you here, blessings!

Marsha Hubler Maria, Goodreads mistakenly entered THE SCARLET LETTER as one of the books I've read. The book is really called THE LETTER by Richard Paul Evans. (I think they're the correct title and author. It's been several months since I read it, and my memory is REAL short these days.) I don't think I'm ready to tackle anything as "heavy" as THE SCARLET LETTER. It's too depressing for this time of year. Ha ha. Have a good day.

message 2: by Maria

Maria Nice to meet you, Marsha :) Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

message 1: by Robyn

Robyn Jones Thanks for friending me. I see you're reading the Scarlet Letter. I have fond memories of the acutal task of making my way through that book. It was the first of many homework assignments my mom had to dive in as if she were the student. It became one of those stories that stayed with me over the years. These days I'm much more into escapism fiction.
