Afternoon Hillary,
Did I ever reply to you? - if not, I'm very sorry, as I have been MIA for some time from Goodread. I'll be happy to check out your novels in the near future – I see you have quite a number.
At which school did you teach in B’Head?
I used to live in Lr Tranmere, Prenton (went to Prenton Sec boys) and finally the ‘North End’ (near Park Station), before going to sea via HMS Conway in N. Wales.
cheers Geoff

Hi Geoff!I thought the 'scouse' must mean something. I live on the Wirral and used to teach in Birkenhead. I don't blame you for emigrating to Australia. I've been there five times and love the place - but I can't imagine actually relocating there permanently.
You might like to read my novel 'We'll Meet Again' about a young girl from Liverpool who is recruited into the FANY and finds herself working for SOE as a coder and ultimately as an agent.
