I know I need to make the most of the time, so I try to get excited in advance about tackling whatever I can get done. It's more of a preventative approach I guess; I do take frequent breaks to get up and move, walk, spend a few minutes with my dogs -- these steps seem to help keep me fresh and "unblocked." (less)
