Progress report on my upcoming book, Marinan Pearls
I'm so excited. I finally have my story in book form. I am currently waiting to get the proof, so I can do a final check of it. Charles helped me with the cover, and I love it. I tried to upload an image of it here on Goodreads, but I couldn't manage it. Hopefully I will have Marinian Pearls available for sale soon. I'll keep everyone posted. I'm also planning to list it as a giveaway, so watch for that too.

Another update on my upcoming book, Marinian Pearls
Still waiting for my editors to go through the proof; trying to catch some more typos. There are always typos. Hopefully it won't be much longer until I can get the revisions done, and get Marinain Pearls out there on the market. Watch for the giveaway on Goodreads!

Great review for Marinian Pearls
It has been about seven months since I released my third novel, Marinian Pearls, and I would like to extend a word of thanks to everyone who has read it so far, and an especially big thanks to everyone who took the time to rate and review it.
It's such a lonely and difficult thing to write a book, all the time wondering if, after all the work, the story will be good enough. It took me about five years to write Marinian Pearls, and the whole time I struggled with it, because I was afraid it would be boring and that no one would like it. But once I finally finished it, I concluded that maybe the story wasn't too bad, although I still couldn't tell if anyone would like it. Nonetheless, having written the book, I can't help but want it to be read and enjoyed.
So I am cheered that, even though it hasn't been really widely read, at least not yet, I have been able to get such positive feedback about it.
I was especially excited about the wonderful review someone posted on Amazon.com which said: "Using the backdrop of every girl's fantasy to be able to run away to the sea where life is amazing and adventurous, this tale weaves a tangled web of what an ordinary girl would go through when faced with the irresistible choice of living the life under the sea but still pining for both worlds. Happiest when she can finally reconcile the two, the journey is about how she does, who she becomes, and how she can affect change greater than what she ever thought possible."
So, thank you to everyone who has read Marinian Pearls, and for letting me know you liked it. And if you haven't read it yet, well, I hope you will.

New Novel Announcement
I have a new novel called The Fairy King that is just about ready to be published. We spent a long time preparing the cover for this one. Sean(my son) did the artwork, and Charles(husband) did the graphics on the computer. I really like the result. We are now waiting for the proofs, so we can do a final edit. Hopefully in a month or two it should be ready.

New Novel Announcement: The Fairy King
At last! My newest novel, The Fairy King, is out and available at Amazon.com, and as an ebook at Barnes and Noble.com. It's about Elora, who loves stories, but of course she knows that fairies and magic are just that. Stories. Not real. What she doesn't know is that she is wrong. Another thing she doesn't know is that she has attracted the attention of the fairy king. Now her comfortable, normal life is about to take a fantastic turn, and some very unreal things are suddenly going to become all too real.
Please check out my author page at Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble.com, and take a look at The Fairy King, for an exciting and enjoyable read.

Magic Thieves--Down for Renovation
I would like to officially give notice that Magic Thieves will not be available for sale at this time, while it gets re-written. I have long intended to write its sequel, but I got distracted by a few other stories. Now, three novels later, I am determined to get back to the project. Magic Thieves was my first novel, and since my writing skills have gotten much practice after writing all those other novels, I have long wished I could have a chance to fix it up a bit. So, while I work on the sequel (called Magic Guardians), I am also taking time to re-write Magic Thieves. I'll keep everyone posted on when they will be ready to be released.
