L.D. McRae lives in the Great Lakes Region of the United States with her husband, seven or eight dogs depending on the day, three cats, and twenty-plus chickens. When not working on the next novel, she can usually be found playing with her grandkids, working on craft projects, studying genealogy, or reading a steamy romance novel. Writing a novel had always been something she wanted to do, and when her daughter M.R. McRae published her first book, Blood From Diamond, L.D. found her inspiration and stepped outside her comfort zone. L.D. has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and spent many years working in the field before transitioning to other endeavors, including coaching junior varsity volleyball at her alumni high school. Looking for a Street Team!

I need a Street Team! A few friends who will read all seven books in my original series and THEN go out into the world and talk about my books on social platforms. Most sights will NOT allow self-recs, so if I try to say anything about my books, I get banned/removed from the sight. The verses in this collection are meaningful and reflective. Each passage is fluidly crafted and I loved how the book was laid out. I found Grandchildren and Through the Storm to be two of my favorites. Thumbs Up for Ms. Martin!
