Donna Shea is a social educator, author, speaker, and founder of the Peter Pan Center for Social & Emotional Growth in Massachusetts. Since 2002, she has helped thousands of children, parents, educators, and organizations build the social, emotional, and relationship skills that support lifelong success.

Donna holds a degree in Behavioral Science from Lesley University and has advanced training in Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and Bullying Prevention. She is known for translating complex social and behavioral challenges into practical, compassionate strategies that parents and professionals can use immediately.
