Jill Kennedy is a mom, teacher, author, and big-time reader. Her first published book, The Mindful Zone, hit the shelves in 2023.

Jill has spent the last 15 years teaching students at all levels in physical education and health. During the last 4 years, she spent time learning about and researching the mental health of students.

Jill is passionate about mental health, being present in the moment, and mindfulness.

Her passion for mental health stemmed from being an athlete from the time she was in elementary all the way through college.

Jill hopes to have her next novel soon.
