I can appreciate your problem about bad economy on your bio. I am 62, my husband is 70 (he has a part time job and cancer -under control, but he's tired) and I have a disability and can't work but love writing (English degree). I am the author of 3 books (one not in print any longer) The two that are: "A Healing Place" and "Blessed Are the Merciful, Our Forgotten Soldiers". Am a goodreads.com author.
