message 2: by Sera

Sera Drake Goodreads just rejected my attempt to claim my own author page (the page listed under my pen name, Sera Maddox Drake). No explanation was given. Looks like I get to try again. SIGH.

Sera Drake I had to put Britney Spears aside temporarily to review the proof of the book I just self-published.

My TBR pile continues to grow to the point where I might as just well think of it as my antilibrary (thank you, Umberto Eco, for introducing me to this term).

I have to find a way to market the book I just self-published. Should I change the name on the Goodreads account I created a decade ago but only just now started using? Or should I create an author page? How the heck do I do that? I'M SO CONFUSED

Somewhere in all of this I have to work my day job. And work on the sequel to the novel I just self-published. Which means reading all the alchemy texts in my TBR pile, and a few other esoteric texts as well.

Does anyone have a spare time machine that I could borrow?
