Hi Nikki,

How about Katie Fforde - romantic comedy. Light and heart warming stuff.
Rosie Thomas, good for love and adventure.
And the SA author, Marita van der Vyver.
A bit more literary is Sebastian Faulks, Ian McEwan (Atonement) and why not try J.M. Coetzee?
Ask the librarian for the names of SA authors. I'm trying to dredge up names, and I may get this spelling wrong, but there is our very own Kalk Bay author - Finoula Dowling ?? I think that's how you spell it.

HI Sheila
I don't know when I have time to read my friend, I have just finished reading a Wilbur Smith book, and I like to read Francine Rivers, but you can never get her books in the library. I actually need some authors names so that I can read some good books. I hate getting books out the library willy nilly, and you start reading and it is soooooooo boring, and you put the book down disappointed ......I love family sagas, and I love books about Germany during the war, also family sagas, sooooooooooooooooo, if you have any great authors/authoresses I should be reading....PLEASE TELL !!!
