Tracy Caple was born and raised in rural Auckland, New Zealand. Raised like an only child, as her brother and sister had already left home, she found company in books and thanks to her father’s influence began to write her own stories.

Now living in rural South Australia with her husband, three dogs, four miniature goats and a cat, Tracy has found time to once again escape into the world of reading and writing. The Blue Guitar Pick is her debut novel is out now. The sequel will be released in 2025.
