I know you're excited to show your idea and eager for us to love it as much as you do. BUT keep working on it. That's my best advice. Don't forget we need to fall in love with it. Make sure everything is fully flushed out or you may not keep the engagement you were hoping for. This applies to the past me, and maybe you too.(less)

Do you know what I learned the hard way? If your narrative feels bland, add in a side character with some weirdness, sit back, and watch what happens. I swear it's like cooking. Sometimes you just need some seasoning and it brings out the flavor.
