Once I accomplished my first book 'Rising Up', I was able to look at myself differently as far as my abilities to write. Now I am on my second book, and this has not only helped me share my story, but it's also shown me that I could do anything that was on my heart. I appreciate my readers and their feedback. It has been my healing and strength hearing their thoughts. I still feel I am just a girl sharing a life experience in hopes of giving strength during moments we feel there is no way out. (less)
