Jeremy Clift is the award-winning author of the Sci-Fi Galaxy series, an expanding science-fiction saga exploring humanity's future beyond Earth, where genetic engineering, artificial intelligence, alien contact, and the struggle for control of space threaten to reshape civilization.

His novels combine scientifically grounded speculation with fast-paced adventure, political intrigue, and deeply human stories about family, survival, and the ownership of life itself.

The series began with Born in Space: Unlocking Destiny, which follows seven children conceived in orbit and a mother's determination to protect them. The third novel, Space Shield: The Wrath of the Sun, confronts humanity with a catastrophic solar eruption and a struggle over who controls the technology that could save Earth.

The series has received numerous literary honors, including the BookFest Award, NABE Pinnacle Award, PenMasters Best Sci-Fi Award, Global Book Award Gold Medal, and recognition from the Independent Press Awards. Kirkus Reviews praised Space Vault as "a dense, rewarding sequel with a strong emotional core."

Before turning to fiction, Clift spent two decades as a Reuters foreign correspondent covering wars, economic crises, and geopolitical upheaval across four continents. He subsequently worked in international communications and publishing, drawing on his experience of global affairs and his conversations with scientists and engineers to imagine the political, economic, and human challenges of life beyond Earth.

A graduate of the London School of Economics and George Washington University, he is a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association and the British Science Fiction Association.

His fiction will appeal to readers of Andy Weir, Liu Cixin, Adrian Tchaikovsky, Mary Robinette Kowal, and Ann Leckie.

He is currently working on further novels in the Sci-Fi Galaxy series, extending its exploration of humanity's future across the solar system. ...more
