KRISTINA THORNTON writes fun and emotional romantic fiction full of self-discovery, friendship, and drama. Her second novel, FORTY GOING ON NINETEEN will be published in 2026 (Harpeth Road Press). Kristina’s first book, CLAIRE MORRIS IS COMPLETELY LOST (Northodox Press) was shortlisted for the Romantic Novelists’ Association’s Debut Romantic Novel Award 2025. In 2024, the debut novel was also a contender for the RNA’s Joan Hessayon Award. In the same year, the opening to Kristina’s third book was shortlisted for the RNA’s Elizabeth Goudge Trophy. Having grown up in Doncaster, the former BBC presenter and broadcast journalist now lives in Derbyshire, England with her husband and two sons.
