Chimera - A Soul's Day Boxset Story

Chimera is a story about a group of friends that go camping in a supposed haunted forest on Halloween. What could go wrong?
Well, Raven's friends start disappearing one by one, kidnapped by a creature that won't stop until all of them are gone.

Snippet:
“There, hiding in the tree line, watching us like a leopard getting ready to pounce was a creature I had never seen before. Hell, I didn’t even think such things existed until now. It was humanoid in its built but the movements it made was too animalistic to be anything like us. It was white-ish gray in shade. Arms and legs elongated to be confused with a stilt walker. But the creepiest part wasn’t how it looked, or its movements, no. It was the eyes. They were black as night. Soulless and hollow, but almost looking straight into your every being. Like it knew your deepest, darkest fears and shoving it back into your face like a memory.”

Balance

How do you balance being a new mom with trying to write at least 10 books? I'm telling you it's tiring. But luckily to relax all you need is a good book and a great love. To view on what I've been up to why not visit my fb page www.facebook.com/roseofcavendish and have a look?

New projects on hand or shall I say on mind are the 2 books in the cavendish series of which the first one is out and about. The other projects are the Soul Sisters Saga and the Phoenix Series and to mix things up a bit, why not throw in a thriller there?

The Rose of Cavendish: A Darkness, a Rose and a Desire

Have a good read!!

Launch

So I'm still working on book 2 of the Cavendish series...Taking longer than I would have hoped, but inspiration is on a bit of a downlow...

Also in South Africa, I'm attending a launch & Charity event end of October. Looking forward to it. Can't wait. Going to be different. Besides, I've already attended the Book-to-screen Pitchfest in Los Angeles.

We will see how it goes. Unfortunately everything seems to be on a slow go here.

Oh well, better make the best of it.

2 new projects

You know the saying "Spreading yourself too thin"? Well I'm not quite sure about that. As an author you should be able to multitask.

I'm currently writing 2 books right now. The first is the follow up of The Rose of Cavendish called The Memory of Cavendish. It basically takes off where the first one ended. It's a new story with new characters in a new world.

The second project I'm working on is a thriller story called Hunt of Lives. It's about 3 siblings aged 21 and 7 that went missing on a ski trip at Jiminy Peak in Massachusetts. Now it's up to the parents to find their children knowing that there is a murderer in the mountains. There will be a few twists and turns, but that's what makes a thriller a thriller.

Till later
