“Dayton gave him another one of his withering gazes, those soft brown eyes roaming over his body and back again. He might have looked like a nerd, with those thick glasses and bony frame, but there was something more masculine about him than Boone had expected at first glance.”

“Dash let him up for air, Quinn gasping as he admired the smattering of fresh tattoos up and down his lover’s long, sinewy arms and dotted across his chest and belly. Just beneath the soft white sheet, Dash sported a towering woody of his own.”

“Seth tugged the tie suggestively, the knot giving with a buttery flutter of release that made Lyle gasp and flinch at the same time. “I know what you want, Lyle. I know exactly what you want. And I could give it to you just that way. The same way I’ve dominated all the men in my life. But… I’m tired of that. This is different. You and me? We’re different.”

“When her lust was sated and his passion dwindled, she sank onto his chest, heart pounding as her arms instinctively wormed around his neck to draw him into an achingly tight embrace.”

“Owen raised his beer bottle, clinking it against Mason’s for an impromptu toast. They both sipped, long and deep, eyes shadowy and moist in the flickering candle flames. Outside the screen door beside them, nature sounds trilled in the air: rustling leaves, wobbly rockers creaking on the front porch, crickets chirping. It was all music to Mason’s ears, much the same way Owen’s dimples were a feast for his adoring eyeballs.”

“Reed spread his arms again, as if to signify his near nakedness. “Do you see any paparazzi here, Tuck? I’m not wearing a wire, and where the hell would I hide a camera in this getup? It’s you, it’s me, it’s a pair of wet boxers. What’s the worst that could happen?”
Tucker sighed. The minute Reed suggested it, he knew he was going to strip down to his skivvies and slip quietly into the clear, tempting pool.”

“Parker stood near the pool, watching Logan drift onto the patio in all his young, radiant glory. Despite it being the last night of December, the southern air was muggy, complementing Logan’s pale, delicate features as he stood in a pair of khaki shorts and the same brown and blue striped rugby shirt he’d worn back at Soxers. The lights Parker had been stringing for the last two hours shone in his wide eyes, casting his guest in a most flattering glow.”
