Reader Profile: First and foremost, I am a reader. From the moment I could hold a book, I've been fascinated by the written word. I enjoy almost everything but lean toward romantic suspense and magical realism. If you're looking for bad reviews, you won't find them here. The reason... life's too short to read bad books. If a book isn't at least three stars halfway through, I stop reading, and therefore, don't feel as though I have the right to review it. That's my policy! Please don't send me requests, though. If you are one of my cyber friends, I will eventually find you. :)

Author Profile: A writer of modern-day fairy tales, I write stories that overflow with romance, mystery, suspense, a hint of paranormal sometimes, and of course, traged

Happy Valentine's Day! Here's a fun excerpt from Part One of Some Lucky Woman. The novella is FREE for Newsletter Subscribers!

Picture Excerpt from UNLUCKY IN LOVE In my search of free hobbies, since my budget didn’t allow for paid fun, I’d discovered that there were several nightclubs that offered free line-dancing lessons. I’d also found a free self-defense class, but figured I’d do that after I learned how to dance since I was certain that balance was important. Sadly, I wasn’t what most people would define as graceful. I w Read more of this blog post »

I think it means you're a realist! Most of by books usually start with a tragedy, and though I usually have some form a tragedy in the end, I will always leave you with something to smile about. I books that make me happy and sad, because it's real. Mix that with a little make believe, and I'm all in. So you're not alone, my friend. And that is why Sparks sells so many books, but I'm doing my darndest to catch up to him. Wish me luck! :)
