Amanda Bryant is a survivor, author, and mental health advocate with a degree in behavioral sciences and a background in crisis support and leadership. Her own experience with covert narcissistic abuse drives her work, helping others make sense of what they’ve been through and begin to move forward.

She is the creator of The Covert Narcissist Recovery Project, a series focused on understanding and healing, and The Slightly Savage Self-Help Series, which focuses on breaking the patterns that keep people stuck.

Her work is grounded in both lived experience and practical insight, helping readers move from clarity into real, lasting change.
