Amanda Bryant is a survivor, author, and mental health advocate with a degree in behavioral sciences and a background in crisis support and leadership. Her own experience with covert narcissistic abuse drives her mission to educate and empower others. In her first two books, Unmasking the Covert Narcissist and 101 Weird Behaviors of Covert Narcissists, she exposes the subtle tactics of hidden abuse while offering practical strategies for coping, healing, and reclaiming autonomy. Her latest release, The Covert Narcissist Recovery Project Workbook, is a hands-on resource filled with validating insights and structured exercises to support survivors through every stage of the healing process.
