Becoming an author is not only a dream but also a representation of his soul and country. It allows his shy-engulfed emotions to be showcased to the world as an Arab-Lebanese who navigates daily life amid the instability of the geopolitical landscape. Addam graduated with a Master's in Public Health while working as an M&E for a peacebuilding and conflict sensitivity organization called Threads of Peace, based in Lebanon. In 2021, he launched his initiative, Quillers, and co-founded a pitch contest, SWANApit, to provide a platform for Southwest Asian and North African writers to attend workshops, apply for mentorship, and participate in pitch contests. His poem "A Reaper in Beirut” and “Of South and Olive Oil” are published in Issue 3 and 4 ...more

I enjoyed this book so much. I love stories that are slow, aesthetic, and dark! What do I expect from this brilliant author!
