Shavon Randle Found Dead: Killed Over Stolen Drugs.
Recently I posted about the possible kidnappers of Shavon Randle being arrested but investigators hadn't located Shavon. While I hoped that she would be returned to her family alive, 13 year-old Shavon was found deceased in the home of one of her captors.
According to The Root:
The death of a 13-year-old Texas girl who was kidnapped and killed because of a drug theft involving one of her relatives has a community reeling.
An Amber Alert was issued for Shavon Le’Feye Randle of Lancaster, Texas, on Wednesday. On Sunday, Shavon was found dead in an abandoned home along with 19-year-old Michael Titus, who had been named as a person of interest in the teen’s disappearance.
An arrest warrant affidavit stated that Shavon’s kidnapping stemmed from the alleged theft of drugs by the boyfriend of one of her relatives, according to the Dallas Morning News.
The outlet reports that two days before the girl was kidnapped, Kendall Perkins, the boyfriend of Ledoris Randle, stole a large quantity of drugs from Darius Fields and Devontae Owens at a motel. Ledoris Randle is a relative of Shavon’s.
On Wednesday, Ledoris received a call from an unknown man who said that the little girl was being held against her will, and who threatened to kill Shavon if the drugs were not returned or if law enforcement was called.
The Morning News reports that an informant told an FBI agent that a man later identified as Owens told her he planned to kidnap a child to get back the drugs that were stolen from him.
Also, cellphone analysis placed Owens near Shavon’s home and had the two cellphones heading in the same direction until Shavon’s phone was shut off.
Owens, Fields, Titus and a woman named Laporshya Polley were named persons of interest in the case almost immediately.
Fields, 26, and Polley, 25, were arrested Thursday at a Best Western hotel in Irving, Texas, on drug- and gun-possession charges. On Saturday, Lancaster police and FBI agents arrested Owens, 24, and Laquon Wilkerson, 30, for kidnapping and aggravated kidnapping, respectively.
Perkins, 22, was also arrested Saturday and charged with aggravated robbery.
No one has yet been charged in Shavon’s death.

Lavora AllenGARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio - Lavora Allen was found dead in her home in May of 2017. By all accounts Lavora was the type to give all she had to those who needed her. No one expected her own husband to be the person charged with taking her life. Cleveland.com reports:

Woodley will likely be arraigned Thursday in Garfield Heights Municipal Court, detectives said.
Allen, 38, died of cervical compression at her home on Orme Road near Turney Road, the medical examiner's office said. Detectives added that Allen was strangled.
Allen was found dead at the bottom of a set of stairs to her basement after family members reported her missing. Family members found a patio door and a garage door open, according to a police report.

Did This Man Kill Tierra Bryant?
The Feds have officially arrested and charged Rashad Hunt with the murder of Tierra Bryant but that's all they'll say. Exactly why and how he became the man responsible for turning a two year long missing persons case into a murder case has yet to be revealed.
The city of Cleveland fell in love with the pretty girl and her beautiful smile. When Tierra Bryant went missing in March of 2015, we all did our best to find out where she was and bring her home. Flyers were posted everywhere and to this day posts about the missing 21 year old are shared all over social media.
Tierra was last seen in Middleburg Heights, Ohio near a Motel 6 she was traveling to with Hunt, who also goes by the name "Shawn". While traveling with him she texted a friend, "ok we still on our way to the room he being weird" then shortly after Tierra asked her friend to come get her. When her friend got there Tierra never came out and she stopped answering her phone and responding to text messages. The next morning, Tierra's friend filed a missing persons report explaining the situation and how worried she was.
In May of 2015 an affidavit from Middleburg Heights Police gives some clues into why Rashad Hunt was a person of interest in Tierra's disappearance. When police spoke with him the day after Tierra went missing Hunt acted nervous and his alibi came into question. It was also noted that his clothes were covered in mud "from head to toe" and witnesses saw him burning something in a 55-gallon drum. When police checked his car the found evidence of bleach being used in a possible clean up.
Still, Tierra Bryant's family kept the faith that she would be found alive. Police refused to call Hunt a "suspect" and there were still no traces of her, which gave them hope.
Fast forward to current day, and that hope is now gone. Rashad Hunt was snatched up in California and brought straight back to Ohio. Investigators spent three days in Elyria with Hunt searching for Tierra's remains. This is all according to reports, the Feds still won't acknowledge any of this even with video footage of the search now made public.

Major's Murderer is Behind Bars!
When 3 year-old Major Howard was gunned down as he sat in a car with loved ones the entire city of Cleveland was rocked to its core. His murderer wasn't identified right away, but when Donnell Lindsey was pegged as the killer everybody wanted him in jail. No, UNDER THE JAIL! And as fast as they could put him there. After months on the run, Donnell was captured in GA and tried.
According to cleveland.com:
Donnell Lindsey, who two days earlier chuckled and shook his head at prosecutors' case against him in closing statements, stood silently as Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge John P. O'Donnell read the jury's verdict.
He now faces life in prison after jurors convicted him of murder, attempted murder, felonious assault, weapons charges and arson. He was found not guilty of two counts of aggravated murder.
O'Donnell will sentence Lindsey on July 12.
Jurors deliberated for more than two full days before reaching the verdict, which came more than a year after Major's death.
REST PEACEFULLY, MAJOR!
