Yogi Mueller is an author, leadership craftsman, speaker, educator, and lifelong student of what makes people grow. His work is rooted in a simple belief: people rarely become their best on their own. Somewhere along the way, someone challenges us, believes in us, tells us the truth, or gives us the push we did not know we needed.

For more than fifteen years, Yogi has developed leaders and talent inside organizations including Walt Disney World, Full Sail University, Wyndham, Bluegreen Vacations, and Hilton Grand Vacations. His career has taken him from the classroom to corporate leadership, from coaching emerging leaders to working with executives and organizations navigating culture, talent, mentorship, and change. Today, he is the owner and Chief Craftsman of Craft Leadership, where he continues that work with leaders and organizations across the country.

Yogi is the author of *The Great Slapping: The Power of Mentorship* and *Leadership Fuel: Spark the Fire. Inspire the Leader.* His writing explores mentorship, leadership, accountability, purpose, productive friction, and the very human work of becoming better. He is also the creator of the Embrace the G R I T framework, built around the idea that growth requires us to Get Over Ourselves, Reassess, Invest in Improvement, and Treasure the Lessons.

But not everything Yogi writes is about leadership. He is also the creator and author of *The Spooky Adventures of Little Sheet*, a children’s book series featuring a curious, playful little ghost and his adventures. *Little Sheet* gave Yogi the chance to return to another part of himself: the storyteller, teacher, performer, and kid who never completely grew up.

Before corporate leadership became part of his story, Yogi was a teacher, drama director, actor, professional comedian, and musician. Education has never really left him. He continues to teach at the university level and believes some of the most important lessons we learn are the ones nobody bothered to put in the syllabus.

At the heart of Yogi’s work is gratitude for the mentors, teachers, leaders, colleagues, friends, and family who have shaped him. Whether he is writing about mentorship, challenging conventional thinking about leadership, or telling the story of a little ghost who has been waiting fifty years for someone to play with, his goal is remarkably similar: create something that connects with people and stays with them.

When he is not writing, speaking, teaching, or asking people uncomfortable questions, Yogi can usually be found enjoying a well-crafted cocktail or playing music with considerably more enthusiasm than talent.
