Roy L Stephenson was first published as a preteen when he wrote three science fiction articles for "Weekly Reader". In the early 1960s he wrote several magazine articles for "Desert Magazine". During his 28 year law enforcement career he authored several technical articles for professional journals. He recently has jumped feet first into the world of the fiction novel.

Being an experienced pilot, he writes aviation stories; being a retired police sergeant, he writes detective and crime thrillers.

Roy now lives and writes along side the beautiful Rogue River in Shady cove, Oregon.
