I am a gothic tree-hugger, a sufferer of social anxiety, and a fierce supporter of gender equality. A married mother of 4 (and one cat, who sort of thinks he's human, anyway), I'm fascinated by paranormal phenomena & ancient cultures, and have received several awards and nominations for my amateur writing (from 2007 to 2012, at which time I chose to opt out of nomination eligibility, because I'd signed with a publisher).

I'm extremely approachable, but painfully shy (note the mention of social anxiety above). This shyness is crippling, and often strips my of my ability to simply reach out to others.
