I'm Lina Sol.

I was born in a country of roses and ancient symbols.
I spent 20 years as a journalist, chasing stories no one else would tell.

Today, I'm a writer and a teacher - guiding bilingual children through the Bulgarian language, helping them find the words for where they come from.

And I write books that remember.

Not the way history books remember - with dates and wars and names.
But the way grandmothers remember.
With whispers. With rituals. With recipes and symbols and stories told by firelight.

I write for the in-between:
Between childhood and adulthood.
Between Bulgaria and America.
Between what we've lost and what we're building.

My books aren't entertainment.
They're invitations.
