Hi, I’m Siobhan - which for those of you not familiar with the wonder of Irish names, is actually pronounced, Shiv-on!

I’m an award-winning author of over 50 books, fiction and non-fiction, for adults, young adults and children, and my first book was published back in 2000, so I’ve been at this writing game for almost a quarter of a century now.

I’m also a former council estate kid and a university drop-out - I dropped out because I didn’t think I had what it took to make it in the middle class world of publishing. Thankfully I managed to overcome my self doubt and fear and achieve my writing dreams, and now I love helping others do the same through my mentoring, courses and talks.

I don’t know about you, but during the pandemic I felt as if m

New book news!

I’m SO happy to reveal the beautiful Portuguese-inspired cover for my next novel, The Lost Story of Sofia Castello, which is out next month and available to pre-order on Amazon now and here. Here’s a little synopsis to hopefully tantalise your reading-buds (think tastebuds but for books)…

‘What you will come to realise,’ Sofia Castello says with a knowing smile, ‘is that my supposed death is not

“Why, in a world where there is love, would you ever choose hate?”
Siobhan Curham, The Moonlight Dreamers

“Beauty isn't skin-deep. It's bone-deep. Heart-deep. Soul-deep. Only put to sleep. When we prick our finger on fear. Beauty can't be bought or made. It can only be awoken through laughter, and living, and love. Through being you and being true.”
Siobhan Curham, The Moonlight Dreamers

“So I picked the book up and did my usual 123 test. I don't bother reading the blurb on the back, or the first page - the writer's obviously going to be trying their hardest there, aren't they? It's how they're getting on by page 123 that's the real test. If they're crap at writing or bored with their story then you can bet they won't be making any effort at all by that point.”
Siobhan Curham, Finding Cherokee Brown

Lindsay Harper Hi Siobhan, remember me? You did an article about me in your self publishing section. Since then I have been signed with 5 Prince Publishing in the US and this is my first book with them.

Next one out May 14th How to Have an Amicable Divorce. I've been keeping an eye on your writing career as well.

Eugenia (Genie In A Book) Thanks for accepting my friend request:)
I look forward to reading and discovering more of your work
